1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PocketInvoice ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PocketInvoice is a mobile application that allows users to create, manage, and send invoices and estimates. The App provides tools for invoice creation, client management, payment tracking, and business reporting.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all data you enter into the App
  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your invoices
  • You must comply with all applicable laws regarding invoicing and taxation in your jurisdiction
  • You must not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of the App require a premium subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By purchasing a subscription:

  • Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device settings

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, templates, code, and content, is the intellectual property of PocketInvoice. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All business data is stored locally on your device. We recommend maintaining regular backups.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. PocketInvoice is not a substitute for professional accounting or legal advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PocketInvoice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
